Caste reservation has become a bane in a country like India where population ratio has been spiking up daily. Yes it was ok to give reservation to the people of lower castes initially but now continuing that order is nothing but just a political decision. In a country like India which has been progressing daily we required the sufficient manpower that is well skilled and morally correct. Now choosing manpower on the basis of reservation is unjust for those students who have worked so hard in the preparation of the competitive examination. If you delete competition from any selection while justifying it through Caste Reservation then the nation will never progress. The government should do certain things in order to change the current situation: 1)       The reservation should be given on the basis of the poverty index.  Thinking that India could achieve that requirement by relying totally on the qualification of reservation is incorrect.
