The Kathua and Unnao rape cases have shown that no place in India can be considered as the Rape-Free Zone with our own policymakers have been busy accommodating rapists and criminals in their party. Politicising rape incidents and cashing rewards through that have become a common practice found across each and every party in this country.It has become their bread and butter.It helps them to earn votes and get rewards from the party leadership. Then how can we expect our fel low Indians to change their mindset.They don't.Why should they?
