Reservation; a sure shot venom


If Dalits are being forced to not fetch water from the village well located in the upper class dominated region or simply not being given any permission to enter the temple premises; then law should take its course. The law should be made more stringent to avoid such miscalculations. For such wrong deeds you cannot and should not punish the General community. Yes! Reservation is a form of punishment that we are facing in this country. Even, at the time when apartheid was set against the people of black community, the government of South Africa stayed away from practicing reservation in its constitution. In fact, compared to India, there, the situation was very bad. Also, in America the racial distinction between whites and blacks didn’t let its government to give concession to the blacks.The reason is that the law there be made more stringent to overcome any racial crisis. If you want to maintain communal and racial harmony in this country then you must stop the practice of reservation otherwise we will not have other method left than to resolve to the violent activity.
That is why we demand complete justice for those who keep facing this venom of reservation. On the other hand the government since the arrival of independence keeps placating the people of the backward section thereby giving reservation to them.That morsel in the form of reservation that you are giving to the people of SC-ST, we want complete stoppage. Now, we want to ask that it’s been more than fifty years since reservation has rolled on over us; but what changes actually took place at the ground level? Nothing! This is just a strategy to appease the people from the SC/ST thereby seeking the maximum percentage of vote share from them.
I want to ask this government that on what basis you have been wanting to seek votes from the SC/ST where in reality you have not fulfilled any singled demand of Hindus. Neither you have build Ram Mandir nor you have taken any step to control corruption.In place you keep acting as a third party igniting violence between Hindus and Muslims. You keep talking about your agenda for development .But what really means by development in a country where non meritorious students keep capturing these offices where meritorious students should be in place.
