challenges ahead for Nitish Kumar

After seeking huge mandate in the Bihar assembly poll, there are major challenges ahead of the Nitish Kumar’s government.Since the state government is being run by the Grand Alliance which joined together Janta Dal United (JDU), Rashtriya Janta Dal (RJD) and Congress ,the first major challenge among it would be to build a direct communication among the party members of the government so that they could be negotiated on every decision taken by the authorities from the party.Earlier before the election the Grand Alliance was active in wooing its voters by giving them commitment to build roads, provide electricity, create job vacancies and many more.

Moreover the Nitish Kumar’s government will also have to ensure clean and decisive government in Bihar.For that he needs good support from its party members. 

The other important thing this election has noted the bonding together of Lalu Prashad Yadav and Nitish Kumar, the former political rivals.So for succeeding in gaining the trust of the local voters , both will need to be working together in order to ensure that ‘Jungle Raj’ rule couldn’t restrengthen in Bihar.

Earlier the state government had also promised to give three percent discount on the interest rate for loans.That also Nitish’s government need to fulfill in order to gain the faith of the student.Adding to that Nitish Kumar will have to fulfill the demand to give 35 percent quota for women in government jobs.
