Drift in AAP
The fallout inside AAP has clearly shown
us the contradiction of ideologies within this party. Today, the party has excluded
their two key important members, Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhusan from its
key panel. According to the reports, the drift was quite clear within AAP from the beginning, but it become quite visible after Arvind Kejriwal
supporters started raising slogan against both of them. There came also report
about scuffle against Yogendra Yadav by the supporters of Arvind Kejriwal. This issue
become more evident, when some of its national council members were not allowed
to attend this council meet.
Finally, the meeting got over with a
decision to make both of them out of this job. Among others, Anand Kumar and
Ajit jha have also got terminated from this panel. So, in total four of the key
party members got separated from the panel list, with 28 council
members out of the total voted against them.
On this whole issue, the opposite
party members have started raising question against them. According to Digvijay
singh, “those who are liberal and secular, kejriwal will remove all of them.”On
the other hand, Arun Jaitley suggested of “immature politics” which they should
better not indulge with.
Nalin Kohli also commented on this
while calling this as a fight of power and opportunism.
Nevertheless, the thing supposed to
be done has been done. Now, the party should try to narrow down all their shortcomings
so that they can improve out of this issue.
