uproar in J&K assembly


A controversy got erected, after Justice R.C Gandhi’s final report has claimed Kichloo’s name for his involvement in the 2013 kashtwar Riot case. Taking this report seriously, the BJP-PDP alliance has started raising questions against National Conference. Today, in the parliament, they have raised slogans against Kitchloo and four others already named in that list. Also, they have demanded their immediate arrest .The minister of Law and Parliamentary affairs, Basharat Ahmad Bukhari says “We haven’t examined the report yet, as been busy with our budget session.”

Amid all these protests, the speaker of the house Kavinder Gupta pleaded all party members about the uncertainty to hold this issue as kitchloo is already out of this house. Following this, the members took their respective seats.

It was during the NC's rule that the Kitchloo's name came upfront, after which he got removed from the National Conference party, but came back when the report acquitted him. Eyeing BJP’s demand for strong action against them, the congress has sought demand for clear probe regarding whole issue.

Talking about this issue, NC member says “It is wrong to put blame on others without knowing actual truth”
Education minister Naeem Akhtar says “We ensure that the report which came just 13 days back, will get deliberated by our state government.”

He also added that if possible then serious action will be taken against the accused.Now , only the time will tell about the working of this probe in order to get reality.
